The Workforce Board is the governing body for all federally-funded workforce development activities in Grundy, Livingston, and Kankakee Counties. Their role includes policy making, financial oversight, long-term planning, and supervision of the Board staff.
The Board Chair and Executive Committee work with the local chief elected officials (CEOs) to recruit and develop active board members who will be effective in implementing the workforce board agenda.
